Job Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team to support strategic decision-making across the customer funnel and RBF portfolio. This person will own the analysis and reporting of offer conversions, fund performance, and help shape the KPIs and dashboards used by our underwriting, growth, and finance teams. Key Responsibilities Offer Funnel Analysis Analyze conversion rates at each stage of the funding offer lifecycle (e.g., application to funding, offer acceptance). Identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimizations in deal conversion performance. Deal Performance Analytics Track and report on the performance of funded RBF deals across cohorts. Build risk-adjusted return metrics and dashboards for capital partners and internal stakeholders. Monitor prepayment behavior, revenue drop-offs, and flag early indicators of deal underperformance. KPI Definition & Dashboarding Define, refine, and automate key performance indicators for business units including growth, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Build interactive dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase. Ensure consistency of metrics across teams and reports. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with growth, product, and capital markets to answer key strategic questions using data. Support experiments and A/B testing related to offer presentation and underwriting thresholds. Qualifications & Skills 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or data science role (fintech or lending preferred). Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus. Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar. Strong understanding of funnel metrics, cohort tracking, and time-series analysis. Experience working with financial datasets or loan/credit performance is a big plus.
