To drive top performance in various international markets, including Latin America, we are seeking a talented Data Analyst•Business Strategy to develop and implement business plans and strategies across the Central and South American regions.
Job Title:
Data Analyst•
Business Strategy Responsibilities:
Annual Business Plan•
Volume Planning:
Develop and establish volume plans for each country and model within the Latin American region.
Operation planning:
Design and implement optimized operational strategies based on OTD (Order to Delivery), sales performance, and stock status in each country to achieve the Business Plan.
Mid-long-term Plan:
Conduct market trend analysis, assess customer needs, and evaluate competitor activities to formulate long-term strategies that enhance Kia’s brand presence.
Aging stock management:
Establish annual targets based on market trends and stock levels by model; monitor and follow up on monthly action plans to optimize inventory management.
Meeting materials:
Prepare key materials for various meetings, including weekly and monthly meetings, Sales and profit meetings, Top management meetings, Seminars, and ad hoc reports as required.
Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, the automotive industry, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Korean proficiency is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Industry Knowledge:
A strong understanding of the latest automotive industry and market trends is preferred.
