The incumbentis an experienced strategic analyst with deep experience in sales,email, text, and testing analytics. The individual plays a key rolein growing and sustaining a world-class analytics function whosework directly influences the trajectory of the business.
YourResponsibilities on the Team Serve as the bridge between Solution team and Build team toensure timely, accurate, and functional delivery of demand BIproducts. Understand business needs and lead thoughtful design and builddiscussions around meeting those business needs with businessusers, developers, and data architects. Provide timely insights and analytical support to differentinternal stakeholders to support effective businessdecision-making. Identify key success indicators and determine best practicesfor measurement and reporting. Create and automate dashboards, reports, and other data toolsto support the goals of Lennar’s growth team. Identify and report on issues surrounding data quality andaccuracy, including recommendations for remediation of suchissues. Mentor/supervise less experienced analysts.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree required in related field. Must have 6+ years of experience in analytics, with exposure toboth traditional and direct-to-consumer brands. Must have advanced SQL skills. Proactive, not reactive, with the ability to work independentlyin a fast-paced environment. Ability to take in loose requirements, ask smart questions, andproduce high-quality, actionable insights. Confident with learning new tools, technologies, andmethodologies. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualizationtools. Must have experience presenting at an Executive level. Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality tonon-technical users.
Physical & Office/Site PresenceRequirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position whichrequires the Senior Data Business Analyst to have the ability tooperate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift,and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
