Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Analyze and process Request for Quotes / Proposals (RFQ/RFP) Analyze Technical Data Packages (TDP) Retrieve data from customer contract lifecycle management systems or portals Interface with internal and external customers via telephone, email and messaging Submit proposals / quotations to customers via email, customer contract lifecycle management systems or other methods Monitor and facilitate proposal backlog and schedule to maintain on-time delivery (OTD) Communicate with customers during the proposal process Prepare and maintain internal and external proposal status reporting Assist with configuration management to maintain the performance, quality and functionality of products throughout their lifecycle

Professional Requirements, QualificationsDesired Competencies:

Technical degree or equivalent experience Defense background is highly desired Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data Experience communicating with customers and OEMs is desired Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products Must have experience navigating the internet and contract lifecycle management systems Avatara and Epicor experience is desired Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required Remote Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction Work Location Crestview, Florida Remote or hybrid work location is not available

Physical Requirements:

Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
