Hybrid | Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Summary We’re looking for a mission-driven Data Analyst to join our team. This role will use data analytics tools and Microsoft business applications to enhance operational efficiency and support data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your insights will directly contribute to the effectiveness and impact of Prospera’s services. Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools). Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Develop automated reporting solutions to monitor KPIs. Present insights and recommendations to leadership. Support development of an impact dashboard wireframe. Microsoft Dynamics Implementation and Support Configure and customize Dynamics to align with program needs. Ensure data accuracy and seamless system integration. Troubleshoot technical issues and support end-users. Apply data management and Dynamics best practices. PowerApps Development Implement best practices for Dynamics usage and data management. Integrate mobile and web apps with existing systems. Maintain and update apps as organizational needs evolve. Train staff on PowerApps usage. Data Governance & Management Define and maintain data quality standards. Document data sources, definitions, and processes. Partner with teams to identify data needs and solutions. Oversee hardware setup and assignment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI certification (preferred). Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards. Strong project management and agile methodology experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
