Essential Job Functions:

Work on data intelligence reporting and projects to support executive requests with data mining and analysis Maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders • Analyze data and derive insights from developed models, report on findings, and make actionable recommendations
Utilize SQL, Python, or R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets Perform descriptive analysis, exploratory data analysis, and cross-validation for reporting consistency using Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, and Excel
Work with the Data Manager to provide ad-hoc data support in a timely manner, create/enhance reports, financial and statistical modeling, and on-demand dashboards/visualizations
Drive reporting continuous improvement to ensure the best reporting tools and practices deployment
Fulfill ad-hoc requests and questions from leaders and different company-wide business units
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering). 4+ years of experience in business support, data analytics & financial modeling Proven experience and expertise using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Python, Advanced Excel, and the ability to transform data into insights Demonstrated experience performing data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis with Tableau Prep Ability to understand and communicate in a common business language
Strong Team Building, Critical Thinking, Problem-solving, and Project Management skills are a must-have Strong interpersonal /communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across business units for collaboration with customers and industry partners Comfortable with multi-tasking and able to pivot with ease to high-priority tasks Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in data science, analytics, or a related field is preferred Candidates able to share a data projects portfolio (ML, AI, DataViz, etc.) will be prioritized
