Data Cleanse/Integrity Analyst 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Boca Raton, FL 33496 We are looking for a highly skilled Data Cleanse/Integrity Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in financial data analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining integrity across systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes and contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough data cleansing processes to eliminate inaccuracies and ensure the integrity of financial data. Develop and implement data validation protocols to maintain consistent accuracy across multiple platforms. Map, test, troubleshoot, and verify data to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Collaborate with users to address data-related issues and provide solutions tailored to their needs. Run parallel reports and analyze discrepancies to improve data reliability. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, dashboards, and analytical models. Leverage Oracle Fusion and other relevant tools to optimize data management processes. Perform audits on data systems to identify inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions. Apply data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights for financial decision-making. Support budgeting and capital management functions by ensuring accurate data inputs. Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial data analysis and data integrity maintenance. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Strong familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Concur, CRM platforms, and Crystal Reports. Expertise in data mining techniques and analytical methodologies. Solid understanding of accounting functions, auditing processes, and budget management. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with users and stakeholders.
