Job Description

Data Analyst
Our client, A national healthcare provider specializing in individualized medication therapy for chronic conditions is actively looking for a seasoned data and analytics professional. This organization focuses on delivering holistic support to patients through tightly integrated care coordination teams, actionable health data, and personalized treatment adherence strategies. Accredited at the highest levels in the pharmacy field, the team works closely with clinical partners to elevate patient care. Role Overview This position is ideal for someone who blends technical skill with business insight and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Core duties include:

Crafting analytical reports, dashboards, and backend solutions.
Designing and maintaining reliable data pipelines, improving existing integration workflows.
Translating operational requirements into detailed technical blueprints.
Proposing and building predictive models and strategic reporting tools.
Estimating project scope and timelines, leading initiatives using Agile frameworks.
Investigating and resolving issues in reporting logic, database scripts, and process flows.
Working across departments to co-create innovative solutions.
Staying current with new tools, domain-specific language, and shifting organizational needs.
Managing multiple assignments with precision and strong prioritization.
Sharing consistent progress updates with key partners.
Ensuring that all work aligns with regulatory and internal ethical guidelines.
Contributing to specialty pharmacy compliance efforts aligned with major accreditation bodies. Desired Background Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, or a similar discipline-or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related IT roles.
Background in healthcare data or systems is advantageous. Technical Skills –

Preferred ML Platforms:

Familiarity with tools like Azure ML or equivalents.

Databases:

Experience with T-SQL, Microsoft SQL, DAX, or similar cloud data environments.

Data Integration:

Proficiency with SSIS, Informatica, or cloud-native ETL/ELT services.

Visualization Tools:

Skilled in tools such as Power BI, Excel, SSRS, or similar (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Advanced use of DAX and Power Query for report creation is a plus.
Exposure to version control tools (e.g., Git, DevOps) is helpful.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) is desirable. Additional Technical Knowledge Confident using Microsoft desktop and server environments.
Basic understanding of networks, system security, and hardware configurations.
Proficient in SQL and general database administration.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
