As an Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Kaizen project team and being the primary project contact with the client. This is a “hands-on” role responsible for project leadership, project delivery, client relationship management and project P/L.

Work closely with the technical and business team in evaluating multiple options Managing core delivery teams of Kaizen and non-Kaizen (clients, third parties, offshore) resources Managing multiple work streams from acquisition and planning through successful project delivery Ensuring requirements are specified in a manner suitable for intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous, and capable of being implemented and tested Engaging with the project team to proactively review deliverables, identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact Addressing problems through excellent decision-making and innovative, strategic ideas Provides Prototyping solutions and Data Architecting/Modeling expertise. Implementing solutions & building applications in Cloud environments Working with technical leadership to ensure technical best practices are followed Facilitating critical communications by interacting with core delivery team members (project domain), development personnel (technical domain) and client Possessing the ability to identify project risks and support risk resolution Participating in and preparing materials for client status and steering committee meetings Playing a key role in client management, leading and mentoring project teams Contributing team member Solution design,

Data Architecture, Database Modeling/Design, Integration & Transformations Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science or other applied mathematical discipline; MBA is a plus

Experience:

12+ years of experience in project management for projects with a technical focus and / or analytical modeling components. Experience managing vendors is a plus.

Project Management:

Ability to manage projects using SDLC, PMI, and Agile methodologies

Tools:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Basecamp, SmartSheets, etc.); Experience with BI/Analytics tools a plus: BI Analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI Analytics tools (Alteryx, Forecasting tools, etc.) Possesses strong analytical/ logical thinking skills Possesses strong working knowledge of Application Development in Cloud Environments Experience with DevOps tools/processes is a plus. Experience with Azure AI Foundry is a plus. Expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, RDBMS and Data Warehouses. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts.
