Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

Optimize CRM systems (e.g., Foundant,Salesforce) to enhance fundraising, ensure data accuracy, andstreamline donor tracking, gift campaigns, and reporting.

DataAnalysis & Reporting:

Analyze grant data, develop dashboards, andproduce custom reports to guide leadership and donor engagementstrategies.

Operational Excellence:

Design efficient processes,ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across teams toimprove donor experiences and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, technology, publicpolicy, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience,including 5 years in database management, or 8 years of equivalentexperience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsPhilanthropy experience is a plus. Strong analytical,organizational, and communication skills with a commitment toteamwork, integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability tomanage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with keenattention to detail.
