We are seeking individuals with top-tier consulting and healthcare industry operator experience at the Consultant level. As a Consultant you will be working closely with healthcare clients on a range of complex assignments. The position is a unique opportunity to develop and grow key skills in the diverse and ever-changing Healthcare Industry. This role requires a flexible clear thinker with an aptitude for design and eye for “zero-defect” work.

What will you be doing?

As a Consultant you will work closely with healthcare clients on a range of complex assignments across the following areas:

Reporting and Analytics Strategy and PerformanceData and AnalyticsFinancial PerformancePerformance Improvement and BenchmarkingRevenue Cycle Efficiency, Accuracy and GrowthPayment IntegrityYou will work in a team environment while using your independent judgement and critical thinking skills to gather data, frame situations and provide practical solutions to add value based on clients’ needs. You will work with senior executive clients on business-driven technology initiatives to deliver value across the organization. You will work as a consultative partner to our clients, execute day-to-day operations, build and manage relationships, ensure exceptional team performance and produce high quality, zero-defect deliverables that effectively align to clients’ priorities.

Technical SkillsCollect, categorize, and analyze data originating from multiple sources with varying structures and degree of completenessDevelop and reconcile complex reports from multiple data sources to validate accuracy and completenessUse data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server , Alteryx, MS Access, and Excel to analyze large-scale data and derive insightsBuild and maintain dashboards to display key information to high-level business stakeholdersCreate and present data analysis to clients and internal team stakeholdersKnowledge and experience with workforce, claims, provider, and member data is a plusExperience working with business intelligence and metrics in a healthcare settingUnderstanding of technologies (data and analytics, data infrastructure and architecture, data ETL, AI/machine learning, cloud, agile and DevOps)Primary support and/or management of one or more workstreams within a broader program or business initiativeConduct anal ses for large transformational technology projects across the following data areas:

InfrastructureVisualization and InsightsIntegrity and GovernanceStrategy and ManagementProject and Communication SkillsDevelop point of view on impact of respective work to address key client business issuesAssess and identify client needs via standard assessment and evaluation techniquesEvaluate and validate analysis to support development of client scope, timeline, cost and recommendationsEnsure zero-defect and client-ready deliverablesParticipate in the development and presentation of proposals for business developmentAbility to handle multiple, and often conflicting, priorities at one timeHigh degree of professionalism, work ethic and confidentiality in handling client informationStrong analytical, presentation, and oral / written communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment, negotiate diplomatically, and maintain composure under deadline pressureDemonstrated leadership acumenEducation and ExperiencePrior healthcare analytics experience from a top tier strategy and/or management consulting firm or previous experience in the healthcare industry and/or a healthcare related business including hospitals, healthplan, government / federal health experience (CMS, Veteran Affairs, etc.) is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in related field (Public Health, Business, Engineering, Informatics, Analytics); relevant technical certification is a plusGeneral RequirementsWillingness and ability to travel as requiredHow will you grow and be supported?
