$27.81 Hourly The FQHC Quality Data Analyst is a member of the agency’s Quality Management Team and is responsible for managing FQHC outcomes for Compass Health Network programs. •This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday. Open to Missouri residents only.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

Outcomes Management Design, development, and database management for Compass Health and external funding sources for FQHC outcome measures Coordinate with FQHC Leadership to develop/maintain a fully integrated FQHC Outcome Measures Report Oversight responsibility for data collection & presentation of FQHC Core Measures, including internal and externally funded outcomes for all of Compass Health Network Analyze FQHC outcomes data and make recommendations for improvements and efficiency based on data collection Act as Quality liaison for FQHC Process Improvement Projects utilizing Compass Health Process Improvement Model, in partnership with the Director of Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinate with Quality Data Analyst to manage FQHC patient satisfaction survey process Provide support (statistical, computer hardware and software) for statistical analysis and graphics applications Assist with data abstractions/analysis and preparation of presentations Licensing/Accreditation/Grants Management In partnership with FQHC leadership, ensure adherence to licensing and accrediting standards (i.e.

HRSA, NCQA, HEDIS, CDC, MPCA

etc.) Assist in leading agency’s efforts to obtain and maintain annual National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation With Chief Quality Officer, Deputy Chief of Primary Care Operations, and Executive VP of Health Center Operations, support efforts to ensure adherence to all FQHC grant requirements and provide outcomes operational support when needed Complete and submit data Quarterly to MPCA and MHP for contracted and/or collaborative services Assist in data collection and submission of annual

report Other Duties Aggregate & analyze special projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Quality Management Work in partnership with Primary Care Nursing Directors to provide report and outcomes support and to enhance primary care workflows around data collection needs Assist with Azara DRVS database system to ensure data validation and data mapping projects, as needed Learn computer applications essential to job responsibilities Assist with funder and accreditor on-site monitoring, as needed Assist with implementing operational procedures supporting any manual or computerized systems changes Some travel for meetings is required Develop, support, provide maintenance for FQHC surveys in Survey Monkey Assist with NCQA and HRSA Survey Intent and Preparation Assist with

meeting Associate’s degree in nursing, computer applications or other related field required (•see years of experience below) Bachelor’s degree in nursing, computer applications or other related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

At least three (3) years similar experience required (•may substitute years of experience for equivalent education) Experience in Quality Management activities required Knowledge of data extraction from Electronic Health Records preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite with a strong understanding of relational databases preferred Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel as a database both for importing & analyzing data preferred Strong report writing and data analysis/statistical analysis skills preferred Strong conceptual framework for outcomes measurement preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION CPHQ
