Job Description

Start working the way you have imagined with Top Automotive Manufacturer! Volt is immediately hiring for an Operations Admin / Analyst for a top auto maker in Fountain Valley. This will support their Advance Vehicle Technology Planning team. You will manage and lead various day-to-day operational support functions for Advanced Vehicle Technology (AVT) team. This includes administrative program and project tasks as well as support for strategic planning and development efforts. As a Operations Admin / Analyst you will: Perform critical SAP data entry of vehicle infotainment specs to support financial operations of programs Manage and lead day-to-day financial and accounting management of AVT programs including billing, invoicing, payment and PO management of SiriusXM, SoundHound, MapCare and other future programs Create, maintain and update internal reference guides for AVT programs including ADAS and multimedia system Provide administrative support on an ad-hoc basis to AVT team on strategic planning tasks including but not limited to research, analysis, calculations, meeting minutes and presentation development This is a full time, temporary assignment expected to last 12 months with strong potential to extended. It also offers a foot in the door of a company known to hire on our talent. Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm with the flexibility to work hybrid, 3 days onsite and the rest remote.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in data analysis and basic accounting Experience with invoicing, billing and payment reconciliation Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Advance knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and v look ups) Automotive industry experience preferred but not required SAP experience preferred, not required

Pay Rate:
