Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will support the development, enhancement, and optimization of our products by analyzing data, generating insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data analyst to apply their skills in product analytics and contribute to data-informed, user-centric product decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data to uncover actionable insights.
+ Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations that support product strategy and client decision-making. + Partner with the Product Analytics Manager and Product Managers to assess the impact of digital products using data-driven methodologies. + Understand business rules and data flows to create accurate and meaningful reporting and analytics. + Design dashboards for product reporting and provide implementation guidance to the data warehouse team. + Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across our product offerings. + Provide ad hoc analysis to support internal stakeholders’ product and business needs.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
+ 4-8 years of relevant experience (preferred). + Proficiency in product web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Pendo, and basic data visualization platforms.) + Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and Tableau. + Previous experience in the healthcare industry is required; familiarity with Patient Assistance Programs is a plus. + Experience working with data feeds and aggregators. + Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.

- $103,500 – $147,900
