RESPONSIBILITIES
) Delta Training Planning seeks a Co-op to help deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at continually improving Training Planning strategy and decision-making. The Co-op will work directly with the team responsible for tackling a wide range of interesting and challenging projects that contribute directly to cost and time savings. Identifying existing manual processes that can be improved via data automation and designing/implementing a replacement, delivering solutions to help reduce task completion time, and utilizing project management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget. The selected candidate must be able to commit to the following Co-op rotation(s): Fall 2025 Summer 2026 Spring 2027 WHAT

(MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
) Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce. This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters. Knowledge of SQL or Database query tool(s); SAS preferred, but not required Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred, but not required Outside of the box thinking Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels Ability to work well in teams Must be currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field Proficient with Microsoft Windows and strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access. Experience working extensively with Microsoft Sharepoint preferred, but not required.
