About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to manage and interpret large datasets, develop data models, and provide insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong technical expertise in databases and programming, along with the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Interpretation Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Conduct deep analysis using data models, star schemas, data mining, and segmentation techniques . Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple projects involving diverse data sources. Communication & Collaboration Translate technical findings into clear and concise business reports. Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure data-driven decisions. Participate in meetings, including audio/video conferencing, to provide insights and recommendations. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Adapt to a dynamic environment, adjusting analysis approaches based on evolving project needs. Ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies and developing solutions. Evaluate the impact of business processes on data usage and interpretation. Technical Expertise & Tools Develop and optimize queries using PL/SQL for report generation. Utilize Oracle, SQL, XML, JavaScript , and other programming tools to manage datasets. Apply statistical methods and use analytical packages for large-scale data analysis. Maintain detailed documentation for data processes and analytical workflows. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role 3-5 years of experience working with data models, star schemas, data mining, and segmentation techniques Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL, XML, JavaScript, PL/SQL Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and reporting methods Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and accuracy Success Factors Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Clear and effective communication skills for technical and business audiences By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
