Job Description

Data Quality Leader APN Consulting, Inc. is a progressive IT staffing and services company offering innovative business solutions to improve client business outcomes. Direct Client Requirement Contract Atlanta, GA Requirement Scope of Work:

Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues. Drive initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy and reliability. Oversee data quality assessments, audits, and continuous improvement processes.

Deliverables:

Comprehensive data quality strategy and framework. Regular data quality assessment reports and dashboards. Action plans for data quality improvement initiatives. Documentation of data governance policies and procedures. Training materials and workshops for data quality awareness. Monthly progress reports to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of data quality strategies across the organization. Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure alignment on data quality objectives. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify data quality issues. Develop and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance data quality competencies among staff. Report on data quality initiatives and progress to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data management and data quality leadership roles. Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow’s products and relational databases Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analysis tools. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree in data science, information management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Certification in data management or data governance is a plus.
