Title:

Retirement Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the process of downloading, editing, and uploading census data for over 300 employers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Leverage advanced Excel skills to improve the current spreadsheet-oriented and system-oriented data management processes
Support other functions within the retirement department, such as auditing, data cleanup, troubleshooting, and developing business requirement documents for upcoming projects
Demonstrate a proactive and initiative-taking approach to problem-solving within the organization’s systems
Collaborate closely with the project manager, Vanessa, and the retirement department team

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant experience, which can include internships and project-based work
Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets
Attention to detail and a patient, investigative approach to data management
Degree in business, accounting, or a related field
Willingness to ask questions and learn the organization’s internal systems and processes
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $40.00/hr.
