Data Analyst Augusta-Richmond County – 3.8 Augusta, GA Job Details Full-time $45,738 – $52,599 a year 1 day ago Qualifications 1 year Entry level Full Job Description JOB Collects and enters engineering design, inspection, and maintenance data from various sources into the computer system for storage, processing, reporting and data management purposes. Provides data entry, analysis and clerical support within the guidelines of supervisory instructions, county policies, and procedures. Reports to Assistant Director or other designee. Works with co-workers, employees in other departments, as well as the public to provide support and service.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Collects infrastructure data. Prepares, compiles and sorts documents for data entry, check source documents for accuracy, verifies and corrects data where necessary, obtains further information for incomplete data, and checks completed work for accuracyUpdates the database, combines and rearranges data, scans document, stores compiled data and documents in designated locations, and maintains a log of engineering inspections and maintenance activities and tasksMaintains data integrity and security, responds to request for data information and accesses relevant files, and provides support to infrastructure inventory development and mappingEnters data, work requests, work orders, and types, formats, and prints reportsPerforms other duties of a similar nature or level

Physical Abilities:
Tasks require the ability to exert very moderate physical effort in light work, typically involving some combination of stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, and which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (12-20 pounds).
Sensory Requirements:
Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, depth, texture, and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.
Environmental Factors:
