Baton Rouge, LA (Remote).
The scope of the proposed services will include, but are not limited to the following:

• ) Design and manage data systems, coordinate various data sources, collect descriptive facts for existing data, and document data systems provided by the State or created as part of this project.
• ) Interpret system development life cycles, project management approaches and requirements, design, and testing techniques.
• ) Data modeling and design, including software development and database administration.
  Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
• ) Bachelor’s degree
• ) Exceptional written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and familiarity with a range of computer software (including but not limited to Microsoft Office).
• ) Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
• ) Experience with education and/or governmental institutions.
• ) Application of specialized skills within a government agency environment.
• ) Experience in data technologies like Qualtrics.
• ) Strong Excel skills required, including data modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• ) Skilled in project design and management.
• ) Experience and interest in data storytelling, especially for external audiences.
