restrictions arelifted. Developer Advanced (Senior Data Analyst) Developspecifications of extremely complex software programmingapplications. Responsible for components of an application or theoverall operating system or complex sub-systems, such assophisticated file management routines, large telecommunicationsnetworks, and administrative and statistical software packages,performance evaluation and enhancements. Perform related duties asassigned or requested. Receives general supervision and iscompetent to work at the highest level of all technical phases ofsoftware programming while working on own most of the time. May actas Project Leader. You lluse your skills to provide subject matter expertise and completein-depth data analysis, which contribute to the strategic effortsof the team. You re also detail-oriented and adaptable. Objectivesof the role Participate with various teams to define datarequirements, review test cases and process change requests.

Provide subject matter expertise on the data needs for projectdeliveries, scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment. Dailyand monthly responsibilities Review and coordinate with businessapplication teams on data delivery requirements. Develop estimationand proposed delivery schedules in coordination with developmentteam. Develop sourcing and data delivery designs. Review datamodel, metadata, and delivery criteria for solution. Review andcoordinate with team on test criteria and performance of testing.

Contribute to the design, development, and completion of projectdeliverables. Complete in-depth data analysis and contribution tostrategic efforts Complete understanding of how we manage data withfocus on improvement of how data is sourced and managed acrossmultiple business areas. Only submit candidates who are local/canwork onsite once offices reopen (Springfield, MA or Boston, MA) andwant to convert to FTE within 6-18 months. Basic QualificationsBachelor s degree. 4 years of data analysis working with businessdata initiatives. Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) anduse in data access and analysis. Proficient in data managementincluding data analytical capability. Excellent verbal and writtencommunications also high attention to detail. Experience withPython. Presentation skills in demonstrating system design and dataanalysis solutions. Authorized to work in the USA with or withoutsponsorship now or in the future. Position will begin remote, whenoffices reopen will need to work in Springfield or Boston.

Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in computer science orengineering. Familiar with agile project delivery process. Abilityto manage diverse projects impacting multiple roles and processes.

Candidate should be able to troubleshoot problem areas and identifydata gaps and issues. Ability to adapt to fast changingenvironment. Basic knowledge of columnar database technologies(Vertica, Redshift, etc.). Experience designing and implementingautomated ETL processes. Strong organizational skills and abilityto effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
