Waltham, MA Job Responsibilities:
Gather, clean, and analyze procurement data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Uphold data integrity and foster a data-driven culture within our client’s location.
Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide key insights into procurement performance and other relevant metrics.
Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with the procurement team to develop strategies based on data-driven insights. Provide input on supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
Skills Required:
Experience working with large structured and unstructured data sets and managing data quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into executive summaries.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
