The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to support decision-making processes through data-driven insights. Duties Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize data findings for stakeholders. Assist in database design to optimize data storage and retrieval. Utilize VBA for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing reporting efficiency. Monitor project progress and manage timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of analysis. Engage in linked data practices to enhance the usability of datasets across platforms. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning. Skills Proficient in SDLC principles and practices. Strong expertise in VBA for automation of tasks. Experience with ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Excellent data analysis skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid understanding of project management principles to oversee analytics projects effectively. Knowledge of linked data concepts for improved data connectivity. Competence in database design for efficient data handling. Ability to watch trends in the industry and vaticinate future needs based on current data insights.
