If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon. Job Summary Amazon’s MSP Customer Experience (CX) team is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, capacity planning, and data-driven insights. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analytics and program management who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing tools, dashboards, and workflows that support the team’s evolving business needs. Responsibilities Conduct economic, financial, and market analysis to support decision-making on capacity planning, pricing, and return on investment. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts for operating expenses, capital, and resource allocation. Design and implement systems and tools to support the team’s growing and rapidly changing business needs Develop and maintain dashboards for CAR tracking and reporting across multiple business units. Support recurring strategic mechanisms such as XPPR and OHR reviews, and maintain internal tools like Kingpin. Collaborate on the development of intake workflows and automation of WBR inputs. Align planning efforts with POR data to ensure accurate and timely support. Skills Strong data analytics capabilities with experience in financial modelling and variance analysis Program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL and Python is a strong plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and adapt to a continuously changing environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred 0-3 years of experience in capacity planning or a related field Experience in operations or capacity planning is a plus Closing Statement This is a unique opportunity to join the MSP CX team and contribute to the strategic growth of Amazon’s operations.
