As a Data Warehouse Analyst, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of our data. You’ll dig into stakeholder expectations, identify and communicate data issues, build monitoring tests, and create views that power insights across the company. You’ll work with a skilled team of data engineers, analysts, and PMs to support stakeholders through our custom Data Insights portal.
Core Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to champion data integrity in BigQuery and develop robust data models and reports for diverse business needs. The role includes but may extend beyond: Discovery & documentation of high-impact data quality gaps, & creating SQL models to address those gaps. Monitor for, triage, & respond to data quality issues; work with data stewards across the business to drive resolution on quality issues. Educate & support data warehouse stakeholders, & expand our training & education frameworks for users across the company. Collaborating with the team’s PM to manage delivery and resolve issues.
Essential Attributes:
Requirements are flexible for the right candidate – we’re looking for someone with curiosity about both technology and business, with an eagerness to understand the context & impact of their efforts. 2+ years hands-on technical experience with data storage and analytics systems. Comfort with GCP products, DBT, airflow, JIRA, datahub, postgreSQL. Bachelor’s Degree, preferential towards information systems and business analytics. Must be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment – where change is the only constant. Communication skills – ability to communicate cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
