POSITION OVERVIEW

ADB is seeking a Data Analyst to support business transformation initiatives by delivering high-quality data insights and supporting the development of data-driven standards across the organization. This role will help turn complex data into actionable intelligence to drive process improvements and standardization efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and interpret data sets to support transformation projects and strategic initiatives Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support process improvements, cost savings, or user experience enhancements Design and develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, project process, and ROI Create advanced mockups within different platforms (e.g., NetSuite, PowerBI, Monday.com) Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data requirements and support project execution Provide analytical support during project planning, business case development, and post-implementation reviews Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all transformation initiatives Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role operates out of ADB’s corporate headquarters located at: 18777 U.S. Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069 This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
3-5+ years of data analytics experience required
CCBA/CAP
certification preferred Valid driver license required High school diploma or equivalent required This position pays between $75,000 and $90,000 a year and is based on the candidate’s skillset and experience.
