Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Accounting and Finance teams by leveraging ERP data—primarily from Oracle ERP—to develop insightful reports, dashboards, and data sets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, enabling effective collaboration with accounting professionals and contributing to data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret ERP data (Oracle ERP) to support financial reporting and operational decision-making
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports tailored for accounting and finance stakeholders
Collaborate closely with accounting teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial data sets and reporting tools
Work with data warehouses and ERP systems to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from finance and accounting leadership Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis role with a strong focus on financial or accounting data
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle ERP)
At least 1 year of experience with SQL
Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with accounting professionals
