Job Description An employer is looking to identify a Data Analyst to join their Customer Experience Analytics team. The Data Analyst who can manage and synthesize the syndicated and competitive intelligence reports and data we receive from external partners. This resource will synthesize and compile the analyses from expert reports that are published as well as work with vendors to support ad hoc business questions. This role will provide the source of truth to what key experiences look like with our competitors as well as standards across industries.
