Must Haves:
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) should understand concepts like churn, velocity, matrix stages, etc.
Experience with JIRA or ServiceNow (for stories, epics, features, defects, and issues)
Ability to build Power BI dashboards independently
Developer mindset not a developer role, but understanding of development concepts is helpful
Day to
Day:
Analyze OKRs and performance metrics (velocity, churn, backlog health, etc.)
Identify problems to turn red metrics into green through insights
Can influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
Comfortable working directly with development teams and production support
Combine and interpret multiple matrices to derive efficiencies
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI / Tableau
Help define and improve KPIs through data stories and deep analysis
Support the dev and product support teams with actionable data insights
Engage in thought leadership and help define improvement opportunities in home lending
