Job Description:

This position is a part of the IDB Client Administration team in the Operations Department. This position serves as the administrative contact for assigned IDBpanies; responsible for all client management and operational activities including:

• Ensuring that IDB business is processed accurately, timely and in accordance with treaty conditions, rights and obligations as well as facilitating analytical review of operational processing.
• Claims coverage verifications
• Client activity and performance monitoring
• Issues management and problem resolution
• Internal controls, treaty and regulatorypliance, and reporting

Experience:

• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, financial concepts, general ledger, reconciliation processes, variances, trends and irregularities
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolveplex problems
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including use of logical functions and Vlookup formulas, pivot tables, creation of custom templates and data validation
• Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems and manipulate data for reporting
• Ability to identify problems and develop innovative, effective solutions
• Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Results oriented and with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands
• Effective oral and writtenmunicator
• Strong work ethic;mitment to accuracy and excellence
• Ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism
