We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in a remote, temp-to-hire role. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with data, analyzing trends, and providing insights to support business decisions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting data while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements
• Work with internal teams to support data-driven projects and initiatives
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
• Follow company policies and data security protocols when handling sensitive information

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or administrative support is a plus but not required
