Salary Range:

$61,844.44•$81,170.82 This is an exempt (salaried) position. Pay rates are based on education, skill, experience level and internal equity. Internal equity consideration included an assessment of the applicant’s salary history and qualifications in comparison to the market rate and requirement for the job. Position Summary Performs research and analysis for an assigned County Department or Division, working independently to manage projects, advise management on results, and recommend necessary adjustments to department procedures with a focus on clinic operations and support. This position is responsible for report development, maintenance, and data analysis, reporting directly to the Health Program Manager for Analytics under the Public Health Informatics Program. The Management Analyst will develop specifications and write individual reports to meet facility and enterprise reporting needs, incorporating data from ancillary applications such as scheduling systems or state databases. Responsibilities also include ad hoc reporting tasks such as queries, creating and managing report subscriptions, and investigating existing report logic. The role requires determining and managing data sets from multiple systems, including electronic medical records (EMRs) such as CureMD and EchoVantage. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SQL coding, SSRS, and database management. They must be proficient in Power BI and other visualization tools, including knowledge of DAX and ArcGIS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying and resolving data discrepancies, alongside excellent attention to detail when completing tasks. The ability to develop project and task-related documentation, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is also critical to success in this role. Essential Functions Conduct research and analysis, advising management on findings and recommending procedural adjustments. Assist department leadership with strategic projects, including setting goals and objectives. Respond to inquiries from state, county, and local municipalities, as well as external partners and community stakeholders. Manage projects aligned with Strategic Business Plan goals, ensuring effective execution. Gather and organize information related to process improvements and problem-solving. Conduct personnel interviews and on-site observations to assess necessary methods, equipment, and staffing requirements. Analyze financial and operational data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports. Develop solutions and alternative practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend and implement new systems, procedures, and organizational changes. Present findings and recommendations to management through reports and presentations. Conduct research and analysis on departmental processes, making recommendations for optimization. Manage projects focused on clinic operations, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Advise management on research findings and necessary procedural adjustments. Develop, maintain, and analyze facility and enterprise reports using various data sources. Work with ancillary applications such as scheduling software and state systems. Perform ad hoc reporting tasks, including queries, report subscriptions, and logic investigations. Identify, manage, and integrate data sets from multiple systems, including EMRs like CureMD and EchoVantage.

Minimum Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
