Financial Services / Data Strategy About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Data Management Analyst to support strategic data initiatives for a leading financial services client. This role involves consulting on complex, high-impact data management programs that require advanced analytical thinking, innovation, and deep industry expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI-driven data solutions and a proven ability to deliver scalable, long-term strategies. Key Responsibilities Serve as a senior subject matter expert on enterprise-level data management initiatives. Lead the design and implementation of innovative data strategies with significant business impact. Consult on the resolution of complex data challenges, providing long-term, scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals. Provide thought leadership in AI data solutioning and advanced analytics. Engage with client stakeholders to drive data governance, quality, and architecture improvements. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Management , Business Analysis , Analytics , or Project Management , demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education. Proven expertise in AI data solutioning .

Strong technical skills in:

SQL Python Oracle Natural Language Processing (NLP) Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information W2 candidates only.
