We’re seeking a highly experienced Data Management Consultant to join our team on a contingent basis. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on complex, high-impact data initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business outcomes and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and consult on enterprise-scale data management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Solve complex data challenges using advanced analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation.
Provide thought leadership on data governance, architecture, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver long-term, scalable solutions.
Guide the adoption of best practices in data quality, integration, and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, analytics, or project management.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including NLP, predictive modeling, and clustering.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and data warehousing/lake solutions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
Industry knowledge in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
