Contingent Assignment About the Role As a Data Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving strategic data initiatives that support regulatory compliance and enterprise data governance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to assess complex data challenges, design scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity across critical reporting processes. This role requires a strong understanding of data ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities Lead and consult on large-scale data management initiatives with broad organizational impact. Analyze complex, multi-dimensional data challenges, including those involving novel or intangible factors. Develop and implement solutions that align with regulatory requirements and internal data governance policies. Drive intake and triage processes for data-related requests and issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on data strategy, compliance, and reporting. Contribute to the development of end-to-end data validation frameworks and transformation logic. Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory data reporting (e.g., Y-14, 2052a, BSA/AML, FDIC). Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education. Demonstrated experience with regulatory data reporting and compliance frameworks. Strong understanding of data ecosystems, data flow, and transformation processes. Proven ability to lead intake and triage processes for data initiatives. Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in highly regulated industries such as financial services or banking. Familiarity with enterprise data governance tools and frameworks. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
