We are seeking a highly experienced Data Management Consultant to join our team on a contingent basis. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, driving complex and high-impact data initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative data strategies that support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and consult on enterprise-level Data Management initiatives with significant scope, complexity, and business impact. Develop and implement forward-thinking data strategies that address critical business challenges. Provide expert guidance on data governance, quality, architecture, and analytics. Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions. Leverage advanced analytical thinking and industry best practices to influence decision-making. Act as a Power BI subject matter expert, delivering insights through dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management. Proven track record of delivering large-scale data solutions in complex environments. Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development. Strong consulting background with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems creatively. Experience may include a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, or academic training.
