We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Consultant to lead complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. The ideal candidate will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, you will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Understanding of regulatory reporting and experience in data management.

Additional Skills:

Problem-solving and project/program management experience with strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to perform a leadership role, including influencing, engaging, and motivating business and technology partners. Proven track record of working across organizations through matrix structures to accomplish strategic objectives with conflicting priorities. Strong communication skills, including process documentation. Advanced planning, organization, and time management. Qualitative and analytical proficiency. Advanced Product and/or Regulatory Report Experience. Experience with

BSA AML, FR

2052a, FFIEC, and other regulatory use cases. Proficiency with data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries. Experience working in Commercial Banking and Lending Data Domain at Wells Fargo. Knowledge of the banking and finance industry, including risk report, analytics, and controls.
