3 days onsite, 2 days remote About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner (BA/PO) with deep expertise in Asset-Based Lending (ABL) to support complex data management initiatives. In this contingent role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, analyze multifaceted data challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals. You will play a key role in shaping data management strategies, facilitating agile delivery, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and consult on large-scale data management initiatives with broad organizational impact. Analyze complex, multi-dimensional data challenges, including unprecedented or intangible factors. Develop and manage project schedules, define scope, and write statements of work. Facilitate JAD and solution design sessions; drive process improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Epics and User Stories in Atlas Jira. Ensure alignment with compliance standards, policies, and procedures. Act as a strategic partner to client personnel, providing insights and recommendations. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL), including: Borrowing base analysis Ineligibles and collateral monitoring ABL-related workflows 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Jira and product ownership. Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of loan servicing and loan accounting (note: not a substitute for ABL experience). Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
