• Dallas, TX Our client is hiring Data Analysts in our Client Experience andDigital (CXD) group.

This team focuses on driving results throughadvanced analytics supporting Web Channel, Automation andDigitization, Wealth Management and Financial Planning,Conversational Channels (Chatbot, Voicebox, etc.), Call CenterTechnology (call routing and agent support technology), and ourProfile and Account Settings Team all in support of our PersonalInvestor Technology area. In this role you will leverage analyticsto surface insights of client behavior, satisfaction, and digitalcontainment to influence product decisions and roadmap for thebenefit of our clients.

What it takes:

Minimum of five years related data analysis/science workexperience Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training andexperience. Coding knowledge in SQL and Python Experience with data storytelling through visualization Experience in designing and executing end to end experiments,including A/B, Multivariate (MVT) and Multi Arm Bandit (MAB)testing.

Nice to have:

Experience working with the NLP packages/techniques Experience utilizing Graph networks to analyze the webbehaviors Adobe Analytics report creation experience. Working knowledge of web tagging implementation In this role you will: Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy,questions, and goals. Bring structure to business requests,translate requirements into an analytical project approach, andcomplete analyses. Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify itsquality, accuracy, and reasonableness. Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insightsusing advanced analytical methods. Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations thattranslate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions forbusiness partners to implement. Develop, own, and manage recurring analytic or reportingprocesses. Mentor, coach, train, and develop junior data analysts. Proactivelyexpand knowledge of business and analytics and shares with teammembers. Share and document best practices. Participate in special projects and perform other duties asassigned.
