This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA’s preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results. This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 6 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs. CW-Marketing Analytics Manager II The Data Analytics Manager advises a team that gathers, analyzes, and interprets market/business sector trends and customer data, identifying insights that ultimately inform business, product development and marketing decisions. This job manages the data collection, modelling, visualization, and interpretation efforts of the marketing analytics team. Key Responsibilities and Duties Oversees processes and methodologies for gathering and analyzing market data and opinion research. Ensures accuracy and integrity of data, analytics, statistical modelling, visualizations, and interpretations. Implements evaluation standards and related policies and processes used to either project or measure results of various marketing initiatives. Analyzes revenue impact of various online marketing and e-commerce strategies. Communicates with senior management about market analyses and marketing campaign performance, highlighting areas of opportunity for increased marketing and advertising as well as potential for new product or service development as appropriate. Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team. Sedentary Work Career Level 8PL A CW Analyst who can manage and synthesize the syndicated and competitive intelligence reports and data we receive from external partners. This resource will synthesize and compile the analyses from expert reports that are published as well as work with vendors to support ad hoc business questions. This role will provide the source of truth to what key experiences look like with our competitors as well as standards across industries. This work will inform the prioritization of work to hit or differentiate between market parity or leading. This person will also provide input to the experimentation team to determine if the work being proposed is divergent enough from market standards or whether it is a “just do it”. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison with our syndicated partners to create a full inventory and repository of syndicated reports. Synthesize the reports and create presentation ready documents that can be socialized enterprise-wide. Ad hoc competitive bench marketing for new concepts (both product launches and experimentation). Create an updated view of our position relative to competition and market leaders on our experience capabilities. Identify CX trends that are surfacing with market leaders to indicate what may be the next step for us.

Base Pay Range:
