Our Mission:
Help businesses always know what their customers are saying about them and always act on that feedback We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Customer Experience Data Analyst to join our Expert Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality custom insight reports, analytics and presentations to our strategic enterprise clients. This role will work alongside our CX Strategists, Data Scientists and Customer Success Teams to scope projects, coordinate resources, execute analyses, and present findings to executive audiences. We are looking for someone with a passion for data and storytelling, and a proven track record of delivering action-focused insights.
Responsibilities:
Actionable Insight:
Work closely with key clients to understand their business questions and deliver high-quality custom insights which provide actionable recommendations. Explore the relationship between survey data and online feedback with client metrics; create compelling strategies for brand and operational improvement.
Storytelling and Data Visualisation:
Translate data and insights into a clear narrative, highlighting the most important data with associated impact. Tell a story through each presentation with clear, well-laid-out and creative data visualisations.
Presentation and Ownership:
In partnership with a CX Strategist or Global Expert Services Lead, present insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to client stakeholders. This might be written up via email, or presented via teleconference or in person. Contribute to conversation and discussion about the insight, recommendations and action taken.
Operational Efficiency:
Build repeatable processes internally to scale high-quality analytics within the Expert Services team, and identify better ways of working to drive greater efficiency in delivering custom insight.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with Data Scientists and Product Team to identify optimisation opportunities that reflect upcoming needs for clients.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data analysis and insight, with a focus on customer experience and/or market research Degree in Business Analytics or comparable experience Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other data visualization tools is essential. Experience in analytical tools such as SPSS, Python, and SQL is preferred Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and proactively address challenges. Comfortable working with varied data sources, including survey data, reviews, financial data, transactional records, employee feedback and social data. Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
