And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary This position on the BIM team will help support DSNP and MMP operations and BIM functions for Medicaid Enrollment. This includes creating and maintaining databases and reports, maintaining and submitting metrics, collaborating with other teams and departments to create efficient resolutions to resolve issues. In addition, proactively providing insight and consultation on the operations, design, testing, and enhancements of information in reporting and processes to ensure enrollment data is processed accurately and timely in the most efficient manner. Potential candidates should also possess the ability to analyze and troubleshoot potential issues. In addition to understanding the nuances of data and work to improve data quality and processes for efficiency.

8:00am – 6:00pm EST Required Qualifications 1-3 years of DSNP, MMP, Medicare Enrollment experience with data reporting and analysis 1-3 years of Medicaid Enrollment experience with data reporting and analysis 1-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer Working knowledge of SQL Working knowledge of databases (creation and maintenance) Working knowledge of data management Strong Organizational Skills Preferred Qualifications Working Knowledge of applications like Quickbase, PowerBi, etc. (creation and maintenance of databases and reporting) Ability to create, analyze, and decipher in depth SQL queries Working knowledge of relational data as it relates to extracting and transforming for reporting purposes Ability to interpret business requirements documents and how they apply to working processes Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 – $42.35 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
