• , where your work will directly support the delivery of accurate enrollment and premium data to Federal Employee Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) carriers

• What Youll Do:

• As a
• Data Quality Analyst
• , you will serve as a key contact for assigned FEDVIP carriers, managing enrollment and premium data feeds, conducting complex reconciliations, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies. Your work will uphold the integrity of critical data and contribute to smooth and compliant operations.

• Key Responsibilities Include:

• Perform daily quality reviews and transmit enrollment and premium data to carriers
• Conduct premium and enrollment reconciliations and investigate variances
• Respond to carrier requests and manage communications with professionalism
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial reports including Premium Roll-up, MPR, and Past Due reports
• Participate in address scrubs, defect controls, and data clean-up initiatives
• Support system changes by analyzing issues, assisting in solution development, and completing user acceptance testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Service, and Business Analysts
• Represent the department in carrier meetings and ad hoc projects

• What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or discrepancy resolution
• At least 2 years of professional communication experience, including direct client interaction
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and relational databases
• Experience with SQL (running queries) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with FEDVIP or federal benefits is preferred

• Schedule:

• Hybrid 2 days per week. Wednesdays are mandatory.

• Compensation:

• The typical starting salary would be between $23
• 24.98/hr, based on qualifications and experience as it relates to our requirements. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary employee bonus plan based on company metric performance as well as a full suite of benefits, listed below.
