Position Summary:
This entry level position will gain experience in the following: Item Attributes and how they interact with MRP, in depth review and analysis of discrete jobs, routers and the accompanying Bills of Material, as well as an understanding of how the product lifecycle interacts with Finished Goods and their components. This candidate will support the organization by entering, monitoring and analyzing master EBS and PLM data within the organization. Within the scope of this position, it will be necessary to strictly adhere to current standards in system integrity that are set within the organization.

Exempt Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews, actions, and responds to requests from internal customers within the organization. Works closely with the other members of the Master Data Management team to ensure that data integrity issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. Ensures master data integrity in key system master data (Oracle EBS ERP and Oracle Agile PLM). Works closely within the team to input and maintain Master Data elements as required. Processes the implementation of change objects in the PLM system to assign attributes as required, so that they are consistent with the current lifecycle and business process. Use previously created SQL data load definitions to update EBS Data Attributes as part of implementation phase in the PLM system. Can solve a range of basic problems by analyzing possible solutions using basic knowledge of Supply Chain and Lifecycle Management. Ability to work well with others at all levels within the organization.
Education/Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience. 1 – 3 Years Basic Supply Chain experience desired. Basic Knowledge of
ERP/ PLM
systems (Agile PLM and Oracle EBS ERP preferred). Basic working knowledge and understanding of the MRP process and how item attributes interact and effect system performance in a manufacturing environment. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and constantly changing environment within a team. Experienced using MS Office Suite. Experience with Data loader Tools preferred.
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks. Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
