Systematics Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with (Data Mapping & Reporting)
Location:
Mt. Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Systematics Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support ongoing initiatives including the migration of Systematics to the cloud. This role is critical for data mapping and report generation and requires strong hands-on experience with FIS Systematics
, particularly in modules like RM, IM, ST, and IMPACS.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Systematics manuals and define appropriate data types for various data elements.
Perform detailed data mapping to support application and system migration efforts.
Develop and extract reports using Easytrieve experience with this tool is mandatory.
Ensure that system requirements support data integrity
, regulatory compliance, and business objectives with minimal customization.
Participate and potentially lead business and technical meetings.
Collaborate with remote teams, including contributing to remote deployment activities.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with FIS Systematics
, with a focus on RM, IM, ST, and IMPACS modules.
Strong knowledge and experience in data mapping and interpretation of technical manuals.
Proficient in Easytrieve for data extraction and report generation (Must Have).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access):
Ability to work with complex templates.
Strong Excel skills including complex formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
Ability to maintain clarity and structure in documentation.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Visio or advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
Background in cloud migration initiatives is a plus.
