IT Asset Analyst Location:

Cherry Hill, NJ (Onsite 3 days per week)

Overview:

We are seeking an IT Asset Analyst to join the IT team onsite in Camden, NJ. This role will primarily focus on hardware and software asset management, reporting, data analysis, and IT purchasing. In addition to administrative duties, the candidate will also provide occasional hands-on desktop support to assist the broader IT support team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hardware audits and maintain accurate inventory records (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) Receive and process incoming inventory into the asset management system. Manage hardware and software purchasing, including vendor coordination, pricing, purchase orders, and renewals. Maintain and track software license allocations and renewals. Develop and update internal documentation, including knowledge base articles, SOPs, and software purchase tracking. Create reports in ServiceNow; analyze data to build pivot tables, charts, and presentations. Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting in Excel using functions such as VLOOKUP and

INDEX/MATCH.

Provide administrative support for ServiceNow ticket and task management. Collaborate with CompuCom Tier 2 desktop support to assist with end-user support as needed. Handle various IT administrative functions as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience with ServiceNow (ticketing, reporting, and task administration) SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Active Directory (AD) Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation)
