Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Product Owner / Business Analyst with 15 20 years of experience, a rockstar communicator, and deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and data-driven projects, including data migration.
In this leadership role, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of insurance data platforms that power decision-making across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and regulatory domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog for insurance data platforms and tools.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into clear deliverables.
Ensure that data quality, governance, and integration efforts effectively support core P&C insurance functions like underwriting, pricing, and claims.
Prioritize features and functionality to maximize value and deliver high-impact solutions on time.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on P&C insurance data sources, data flows, and related processes.
Required Qualifications:
15 20 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in data-focused roles.
Proven background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and data workflows.
Experience with insurance data management platforms, data warehouses, MDM, and complex data migration initiatives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical teams.
Strong experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
