Job Description :

Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the project. He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication. Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and softwares. Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services. Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements. Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops. Optimise budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritise work. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
