Key Points:

Thisposition is onsite 3-4 days a week in Princeton, NJ. Non-localcandidates will not be considered unless they are willing torelocate on their own. Previous experience in machine learningand/or AI is a requirement for this position Summary This positionwill be involved in a diverse range of activities supportingCommercial Analytics functions. This position will be embedded inthe Structure and Fundamentals team and will focus on enhanced datadriven solutions in support of team’s activities. While our focusis for AI expertise, this role will support a much broader range ofdata science activities and provides meaningful exposure to andengagement in Commercial Analytics work product.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensurehigh-quality data for quantitative analysis including AIapplications. Develop and implement machine learning models forpredictive analytics, recommendation systems, anomaly detection,and other AI-driven insights. Implement solutions that improveefficiency of team activities. Analyze and interpret complex datastructures to derive meaningful business insights. Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including software engineers, dataengineers, and business analysts, to integrate AI solutions intogroup workflows. Optimize and fine-tune AI models to enhanceaccuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Stay up to date with thelatest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data sciencetechnologies. Create data visualizations and dashboards tocommunicate findings to stakeholders effectively. Documentmethodologies, processes, and findings to maintain transparency andreproducibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degreepreferred, in data science, computer science, quantitative finance,statistics, or mathematics 3 years of work experience in dataanalysis, machine learning, and AI applications High level ofproficiency in SQL and quantitative programming (Python, R,MATLAB). Experienced in dealing with large data sets. Experiencewith AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.

Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Matplotlib. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms suchas AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong communication skills.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Theability to manage multiple tasks independently and deadlines in afast-paced environment. Ability to proactively seek new ideas andsolutions to improve the status quo. Strong work ethic – reliableand accountable. Ability to work cooperatively with all levels ofstaff as part of a team. A commitment to the highest ethicalstandards and to act with professionalism and integrity.

PreferredQualifications:

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)or Computer Vision. Knowledge of big data technologies such asSpark, Hadoop, or Databricks. Exposure to deep learning techniquesand neural networks. Understanding of MLOps principles anddeployment of AI models in production environments.
