Data Analyst is needed to perform the following duties:
- Analyze prescription and sales data to support drug utilization review, identify high-demand medications, and reduce waste.
- Generate reports for pharmacy sales trends, insurance reimbursements, and regulatory compliance.
- Build dashboards and visualizations (e.g., medication stock levels, KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and CMS regulations in processing and storing pharmacy data.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and insurance providers to validate claims, improve reimbursement processing.
- Conduct forecasting and inventory planning based on prescription volume and seasonal trends.
- Audit prescription logs, transaction history, and drug utilization patterns to support compliance and accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in data entry, billing, or record-keeping systems.
